Refund policy

At Reliva, your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities. We've designed a flexible return and exchange policy because we trust the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

Return & Exchange Period:

Take your time! You have a full 100 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • To serve you best, the product must be returned in its original condition (unused and undamaged).
  • It must include all original accessories that came in the box.
  • If you purchased a bundle or a special offer, the entire package must be returned; we cannot accept partial returns for bundled items.

Shipping Costs:

  • If you change your mind and want to return or exchange a non-defective product, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs (rates vary depending on your location).
  • If, however, you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, Reliva will cover all shipping expenses—you won't pay anything extra.
  • Note: If the delivery courier attempts to reach you but the shipment is ignored and returned to us, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Warranty:

Reliva pads come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, such as improper water exposure or physical tears.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin processing your refund. It may take anywhere from 1 to 24 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
