Prices & payment

Prices are in SAR and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include customs or import duties on orders outside Saudi Arabia. We currently accept prepaid orders only. Please keep your payment and contact details accurate so we can complete your order.

Our products

We show our products as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device. We may update or discontinue products at any time.

Intellectual property

Everything on our store — our name, logo, text, images, and designs — belongs to reliva. Please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without our written permission.

Liability & warranty

We provide our store and products with care. To the extent allowed by law, reliva isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our pads are covered by the 2-year warranty described in our Refund Policy.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify, but your purchase is made directly with reliva. Shopify isn't responsible for the sale, and you release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
